UPCOMING OPPORTUNITIES

  • CROSSING GUARD VOLUNTEERS (EARN DOUBLE TIME): needed daily from 7:15-8:15am and 2:45-3:45pm.  Choose your own shift(s), you do not have to be available on a regular basis.  Please click here to sign-up or email Nicole Nistal (nnistal@cherrycreekacademy.org) if you are interested.

ONGOING OPPORTUNITIES 

  •  GREAT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY FOR RN’S:  Nurse Jayne is looking for registered nurses to staff the clinic in her absence. This would be an 8 hour commitment. Please contact her directly if interested.
  • MONDAY MUNCHIES: Looking for a way to volunteer, but you're short on time? Bring treats for our wonderful teachers on Mondays.
    • A pack of K Cups (coffee pods for Keurig machines): 2 volunteer hours
    • A homemade treat: 2 volunteer hours
    • A store-bought treat: 1 volunteer hour
  • THE PTO IS ALWAYS LOOKING FOR VOLUNTEERS to help with school events and activities! If you would like to volunteer (and start building up those volunteer hours), please click HERE to express your interest in volunteering 
  • TONER PICK UP:  please contact helpdesk@cherrycreekacademy.org if you are interested in occasionally picking up toner & dropping it off at Office Depot for Recycling. 
  • BOX TOPS: Help promote fundraiser, coordinate with teachers, collect, organize, and/or mail in Box Tops.  Email Jessica at ptofundraising@cherrycreekacademy.org for more information.

    • Gift-Wrap Fundraiser: Please contact the PTO fundraising committee for more information.

  • OCTOBER
    • Scholastic Book Fair: help set-up before, sell books during, and/or take-down after the book fair.  Please contact the PTO fundraising committee for more information. 
  • NOVEMBER

    • Junior Achievement is a smart way to volunteer! Calling all volunteers to teach/co-teach in a classroom for Junior Achievement (JA) Day.  Please contact Mrs. MacFarland for more information. 
    • Fun Run!  Help the Fun Run run smoothly!  Shifts are from 9am-noon, 1pm-3pm, or both.  Lunch will be provided for all volunteers!  Please check back frequently for more details or to volunteer.
